    Started carrier as Resident Sales Engineer for PUMPS INDIA – Kanpur. (Now Risansi Industries Ltd.) Having Mechanical engineering background plus did Marketing Management from R A Bhavan’s college & PGDM Project Management under IIM – A faculty at AMA.

    • Slowly steadily established Molasses, Magma, Mascuttee, Spent-wash, Sludge etc. Pumping in Sugar, Distillery & other Industries.
      Replace Globe, Gear & Rotary Pumps; thereby enhance efficiency by increasing head of Pumping & save energy from 1985 onwards.
      Virtually, till today we are Prime Vendor in ‘GUJARAT’, MP, Maharashtra & Export Market.
    • We have introduced & supplied Cooling Towers in 1985 – 1995 for Various application like Sugar, Distillery & for Condensate Water.
      We had replaced Fan gearbox drive unit by incorporating direct drives fan. Finally enhanced working of Cooling Tower, inventory & save energy too.
    • We have installed Sugar Dust Collector & capture more than 90-95% fine sugar. Thereby, increase fine sugar collection; clean the sugar house in those days.
    • Since 2005 we have been Supplying Centralised Lubrication System on Mill in almost 80% plus Sugar Industries in Gujarat, MP, and Export Market.
      Thereby reduced drastically crude oil load on mill and draining down to ETP.
      It’s almost Approx,
      150 Ltr per day x 160 days x 20 units. = 4, 80,000/per year (crude Oil)
      There is huge saving on crude oil consumption, reducing energy & pollutant in ETP.
    • Since 2011, we have introduced advance lubricant LAAPSA Sugar press BR 1000 to all major sugar mills as mill lubricant. (Its properties are attached herewith)
    1. It is Bio- degradable – hence reduces load on ETP.
    2. Mill Journal Bearing Temperature is maintained around 40-45°c.
    3. Consumption of LAAPSA Synthetic oil is 5 to 7 times as compare to earlier crude
      based oil.
    4. Because of High viscosity at High temperature, Oil – Film is maintained & it
      reduces the load/ Friction on mill bearings. It reduces power consumption on mill at least 20-22%.
    5. It reduces the maintenance of Mill – Journal Bearing up to 90%.
    6. It’s Non – Toxic grade too.
    7. It provide an effective lubricant seat ring that remain and protects the brass bushing, by Resisting the water-washout, and bagasse/abrasive contaminant.

      We are pleased to inform you that SAHAKARI KHAND UDYOG MANDAL LTD. (Gandevi – Sugar) had published Paper on “Eco-Friendly Oil for Mill Roller Lubrication” in STAI – 2014 on 9th Sept, 2014 at Bangalore.
    • From 2016, we have introduced arcing wire technology on mill roller with as high 40-45 % complex chromium carbides. It deposits hard abrasive, wear resistant globules of high alloy complex carbide weld metal with better results in relation to the conventional sugar mill spray electrodes and wires.Arcing wire technology has advantages in saving time and money with excellent results in improving the gripping properties, increasing feed rate thereby improving extraction of juice.We have established at list 5-6 major sugar mills in Gujarat & they become satisfied customers.

    Our paper has been published in seminar for ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator Control System & Power Supplies). We follow NTPC norms for ESP project
